Hi! I’m Olivia.

This is my story…

For the past few years, I have been on a quest for wellness. After all, if we don’t have our health, if we are not well, what are we left with? 

I am passionate about yoga, living beautifully, achieving wellness, using my time well and helping other women achieve their own definition of wellbeing.

I created this platform to share everything that helps me live beautifully and be well, and I hope it will be useful for you too. 

In 2020 I became a certified yoga teacher and I am now sharing what I have learnt with others.

There is something I need to tell you

For many years I was the queen of multitasking and busy work. I threw myself into work and my corporate career and didn’t really look after myself. After a baby and a few years spent trying to juggle it all as best I could, a burnout was the wake-up call I needed to take matters into my own hands. 

This led me on a journey within. One I hadn’t really embarked on yet and one that, as an extrovert, I still struggle with today! I knew something was not right, but I had no idea how to solve it! So I started the journey… going within, taking a step back, asking questions, reading, researching, speaking to people…. 

This quest also led me to pursue a 200hr yoga teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. During my teacher training, I learnt about yoga, how to practice it, and how to share it with others. I also learnt about anatomy and yoga philosophy. But perhaps most importantly, I learnt to connect to myself. I rediscovered who I truly was and I learnt to make space for my true Self. 

My wellbeing journey is very much still a work in progress and I do not have all the answers. But I am more than happy to share what I have been fortunate to learn along the way. I genuinely hope it will be helpful for you too. 


2019-2020: 200h Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Ashtanga Yoga Paris.

2022: I am currently pursuing a Vinyasa Teacher training and Yoga Nidra training.
